Summary
- Extract and analyse clinical data from SystmOne. - Monitor performance against QOF, IIF, and Enhanced Services, providing regular updates to the management and clinical teams. - Develop reports and dashboards. - Identify areas of under-performance or variation in care and support interventions. - Work closely with GP's, nurses and administrative teams to support data-driven decision-making. - Ensure data quality and compliance with information governance standards. - Support digital initiatives and help embed a data-led culture in the practice.
