Summary

Learning Support Assistants - Early Years and KS1 We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who would be excited by the prospect of working to support all pupils and those with special educational needs in our EYFS and Key Stage 1, establishing a culture of high expectations, care and kindness. More information about the post: • The working hours are 8.30am – 3.45pm from Monday to Friday inclusive (33.75 hours per week) • You will be paid on the NJC scale, starting at spine point 3. • The pro rata salary for this post is: £18,767.10 • This post is term time only (which includes 5 inset days). • This post is for a September 2025 start. • Fixed term contract 01/09/2025 to 31/08/2026: this may be extended. • The LSA will be mainly based in our Reception Class The post includes lunchtime cover, supporting children both inside and outside.Visits to the school are encouraged. Omnia Learning Trust is a not-for-profit enterprise. The salary will be based on the NJC scale starting at point 3 (currently £24,027 FTE). All posts are paid for 44.65 weeks which includes all inset days and 33 days’ annual leave (pro rata).
