Key responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group academic support in the classroom across all key subject areas
- To assist teaching staff to plan and prepare lessons and resources within the school curriculum
- To work collaboratively with class teachers to support pupils' learning and development
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and inclusion for all children
- Help prepare learning environments and contribute to planning and assessment
- Support behaviour management and promote a safe, positive atmosphere
- Take part in wider school life, including extracurricular and enrichment activities
