We're working with a well-regarded, inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team. These are full-time roles supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, with an immediate focus on one-to-one support for a pupil with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a nurturing, mainstream setting that prioritises development and teamwork.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day learning and wellbeing of your assigned pupil and the wider class:

Supporting a pupil with ASD on a 1:1 basis, using personalised strategies to aid their learning

Assisting the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons

Promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and sensory-based activities

Tracking and encouraging academic progress in core subjects including literacy and numeracy
