SEN Teaching/Learning Support Assistant - Immediate Start | Outstanding Special School in Brixton
I am currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching/Learning Support Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" Special School in the Brixton Hill (SW2) area. The school caters to students aged 9 to 19, with a particular focus on supporting young people with Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately, supporting Year 7 and 8 students in both small group and one-to-one settings.
Position Details:
- Daily Rate: £105
- Location: Brixton Hill (SW2)
- Contract Type: Full-time (5 days per week)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Long-term (Temp to Perm opportunity)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience supporting students with Autism and Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties
- Experience managing challenging behaviour
- Experience working with children and/or young people
- A valid enhanced DBS (Child or Child & Adult Workforce)
