- Teach across multiple key stages in small class settings.
- Contribute to a strong safeguarding culture where students are respected and involved in decision-making.

- A calm, engaging, and inclusive teaching style.
- A commitment to helping every student succeed.
- Experience or interest in working with students with SEN/SEMH needs.

We support students who may have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion, offering a nurturing environment with high staffing levels, personalised interventions, and strong partnerships with families and external agencies.
- Make a real impact on students' lives.
- Be part of a dedicated, supportive team.
- Work in a school with a clear ethos and strong safeguarding culture.
- Access to ongoing professional development.
