Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000pa + bonus structure (£65,000 OTE)

We are working on behalf of a well-established, growing organisation that is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance and contribute to strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Group Head of Sales & Commercial and working closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing and motivating a team of B2B sales professionals. You'll oversee pipeline management, target setting, and conversion strategies to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the existing sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Monitor sales statistics and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage pipeline performance and ensure alignment with sales forecasts
  • Work with leadership to design and execute strategic sales plans
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive sales and brand strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B sales
  • At least 3 years in a sales management role
  • Proven ability to implement and drive successful sales structures
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • High proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
