Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant: Person Specification

• Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant Role:Top-tier university graduate ideally in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Development or a related field with a 2:1 or higher
• For this Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant role other degrees will also be considered
• Genuine passion for supporting young children in their formative years
• Comfort with and sensitivity in delivering intimate care when necessary
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, patience, empathy and resilience
• Prior experience with children (volunteering, tutoring, childcare) is desirable
• Ambitious graduate seeking progression: Teacher Training, SENCO roles, or Educational Psychology pathways
