Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Third in Charge to join a warm and welcoming nursery in North London. This is a key leadership role, supporting the Manager and Staff in the day-to-day running of the nursery and helping to maintain high standards of care and education.
Requirements:
-Level 3 Early Years qualification (or Early Childhood Degree) –
-Experience in a nursery leadership role (even if it hasn't been official)
-Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
-Confident in supporting staff, leading rooms, and stepping up when needed
