Location: Trowbridge, BA14 (Just a 4min Drive From Trowbridge Train Station)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence Covering for Manual Vehicles (Essential)

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be supporting people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health conditions. Some individuals are highly independent, while others require more hands-on support. No matter the level of need, your role will be to empower each person to live the life they choose.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be:

- Promoting Independence: Supporting people to make choices and live as independently as possible.

- Daily Living Support: Helping with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation.

- Engaging in Activities: From community outings to hobbies at home, you'll help people enjoy meaningful experiences.

- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing energy, compassion, and consistency to every shift.

You'll be working in a supportive environment with a manager who is hands-on, approachable, and committed to helping you grow.

Shift Patterns:

- Early Shifts

- Late Shifts

- Sleep-In Shifts (Paid at £50 per night)
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
