We are looking for a Hygiene Operative - Days to provide excellent service standards for the delivery of routine daily and periodic tasks for a Mitie customer. The role holder will be responsible for meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
In your new role, you will carry out general Low Risk hygiene tasks including but not limited to:
-Operating tray wash
-Ancillary cleaning
-Equipment strip down
-Ancillary cleaning
-Operating laundry equipment and PPE issue
-Other resonable request to fulfil business needs
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure that the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are always maintained across all areas of the site. You will also need to liaise closely with Hygiene Supervisor, working with chemicals and ensure containers are labelled and locked at all times. You will be required to operate cleaning equipment and complete sanitation.
Previous experience as a food manufacturing cleaner is desirable but not compulsory as full training will be provided. You will need to be able to dismantle equipment and machinery, handle and use chemical - subject to passing your COSHH training.
