Are you an enthusiastic and highly motived individual wanting to join our dedicated team. Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for an Aftersales Assistant to provide support to the Service Manager and Parts department based at our Cupar Depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a position within a successful business on a full-time basis.
This position will require good communication, and time management skills. Ensuring service administrative paperwork is kept up to date and to provide front counter cover for the Parts department. You will be working as part of a team and on your own initiative, dealing with customers face to face, over the phone, and through email.
Computer literacy and excellent customer relationship skills would be essential to fulfil this challenging position. A strong knowledge of agricultural machinery would be an advantage. Comprehensive ongoing product training will be given on our full range of machinery.
The package to the successful candidate will include a competitive salary, company pension scheme, and 30 days holiday per year, including statutory holidays.
