Summary
As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional room service experience for our guests throughout the night. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Be accustomed or adaptable to working evening/night shifts
- To create an exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests.
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards; from the point of order, to delivery, and collection of dishes.
- Make sure all kitchen-ware and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team in regards to orders.
- To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise.
- To be aware of any VIP’s who are currently staying at the hotel should they require room service and ensure their experience is tailored appropriately.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and philosophies.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Waiter/Waitress role would be great
