Summary
Job Plan The appointee will have a job plan based on 10 sessions. The exact timetable is flexible and will depend on clinical service need, educational activities and an individuals expertise. A typical weekly timetable may look like: 4.5 clinical sessions 4 clinical education sessions 1 echo training 0.5 admin session Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday AM Ward Round / Referrals OPD/ DC cardioversions Teaching Teaching Ward Round / Referrals PM OPD MDT / Admin or Referrals Teaching Teaching Echo The job plan is flexible and the timetable and training will vary according to the needs of the department and in conjunction with the timetable of the other middle grades. Currently there is no general medical on call. This may change in the future. We have weekend working and the post holder will be involved in this.
