Summary
Detailed job description and main responsibilities Management of inpatients -Management of acute presentations during participation in on-call work -Regular attendance in theatre in order to meet surgical training targets -Regular attendance in clinic in order to develop knowledge base -Participation in monthly teaching -Completion of (ideally) multiple quality improvement/audit projects -Publication of 1 research paper -Minimum 1x poster/podium -Completion of MRCS Part A and Part B during the program -Fastidious approach to allocated leadership role (e.g audit, rota, teaching coordinator)
