Summary
Primary Duties and Areas of Responsibility Supporting the clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians by Booking patients into various pharmacy clinics, such as BP, asthma, diabetes, medication monitoring, medication reviews Dealing with tasks that come into the shared mailbox Booking patients in for their COVID and flu vaccinations Managing clinics throughout the year for the team Support Learning disability patients, maintaining contact and inviting them in for their annual review Manage cancer review recalls and deal with invites for reviews for 3-month discussions and 12-month reviews Bowel screening DNA Breast screening DNA New diagnosed patients
