Summary
Provide specialist breadth and depth of skills and knowledge to deliver evidence based occupational therapy assessment and treatment to service users with severe / complex mental health needs and / or learning disabilities Lead and / or line manage an Occupational Therapy Team or Department including relevant budge Research, develop and share current best practice to optimise the service users ability to engage with their environment in line with principles of social inclusion and / or recovery Provide consultancy andadvice, and develop training to support primary and secondary health care professionals, social care providers and carers to enable them to better meet the health needs of service users
