Summary
Property Consultant:
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £37,500 plus bonus
Annual Leave: 30 days
We're looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join a great residential property client based in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for people looking to buy or sell their home.
You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the early stages of property sales and purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Speak to prospective clients and promote the firm's services
* Carry out property appraisals when needed
* Provide fee estimates and general advice to clients
* Negotiate sales and purchases on behalf of clients
* Submit offers for buyers
* Handle client communications and manage viewing requests
* Organise property listings, marketing, and advertising
* Complete administrative tasks linked to the sales/purchase process
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in residential property sales or negotiation
* Strong communication and selling skills
* Good local knowledge of Edinburgh and surrounding areas
* Understanding of the property market
* Friendly, professional manner with clients
* Knowledge of ESPC procedures is a bonus
* Clean driving licence
* Degree-level education is desirable, but not essential
