About the Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will be the face of our business within your assigned region, helping us expand our reach and deliver exceptional support to policyholders who have experienced property damage or loss.
Your primary focus will be generating and converting leads into signed clients, ensuring a steady flow of work for the business. You will play a key role in driving revenue, developing local relationships, and representing the company with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities
Attend company-generated leads and convert them into signed clients
Proactively generate your own pipeline through networking, local events, and social media outreach
Build trust with policyholders by clearly explaining the claims management process and our support services
Maintain a strong presence in the community and develop local referral networks
Plan and manage your diary to ensure efficient regional coverage
Accurately update CRM systems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations
Meet and exceed individual KPIs and monthly sales targets
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regional developments
Participate in monthly sales meetings and training sessions
Provide feedback from the field to contribute to sales strategy and client experience improvements
What We’re Looking For
Experience in face-to-face sales, field sales, or business development
Confident and personable communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable using social media and networking as sales tools
Empathetic, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressure
Full clean UK driving licence required
