Summary

We are currently looking for support workers with experience to support individuals with complex needs and some behaviours of concern.

You will receive an in-depth induction and full training around Positive Behaviour Support and Personal Protection. You will also receive dedicated and person-centred support from Management through regular supervisions and guidance.
