Summary
I am a 19 year old male who has a brain injury, epilepsy, and mental health issues. I am looking for a **male companion** who can support me to do the things I love within my community, and to assist me to attend appointments.
* I have a fun sense of humour, and I enjoy sports (particularly MMA and other types of fighting), gardening, tattoos, X-Box, and going the gym.
* No personal care will be needed, though prompting to promote my hygiene may be required.
* Experience of supporting people with hidden disabilities, such as epilepsy, is essential, however training can be provided.
* I need support for approximately 4 hours a week, though there is a need for flexibility around when this is worked.
* Rate of pay for an employed PA is £12.60 per hour.
* If self-employed rate can be negotiated.
* Some weeks I may require more support than others, but your hours will total 16 hours every 4 weeks.
* **We can discuss and negotiate the hours in advance, so they are suitable for both our needs.**
* **The post will include 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (pro-rata totalling 22.4 hours leave per year).**
