Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR Operations Service on a temporary basis. This role is integral to supporting the organisation through the full recruitment cycle, from advertising including the coordination of pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will be working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As such, we are looking for an individual who is proactive, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by promoting more efficient and effective ways of working. We welcome applications from individuals who are highly motivated, solutions-focused and eager to support our stakeholders in maximising the use of available systems and tools.

We are looking for a candidate who brings both technical capability and a professional, customer-focused approach to their work.

You should have solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to support recruitment processes. A working knowledge of recruitment practices and/or DBS legislation would be advantageous.

Strong communication skills are essential. You’ll need to convey information clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person and be able to adapt your style to suit different audiences and situations.

Attention to detail is key in this role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, is thorough when reviewing documentation and is committed to maintaining high standards.

You’ll also be a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are all important qualities for success in this role.
