Summary
When applying for this position, please be aware you could be hired by Everyturn or Vita Health Group as part of our NHS Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies partnership.As a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with us, you will be fully supported to develop your clinical skills whilst you study for your Post Graduate Certificate.You will spend 1-2 days per week studying at the University of Lincoln, where you will be taught by experts to deliver evidence based psychological therapies for clients with anxiety and depression. The remaining days will be spent working with our skilled team of clinicians within our service, to develop your new skills and gain experience. During this time, you will deliver low intensity interventions and comprehensive psychological assessments to support our wide range of clients.The course provided by the University is recognised for its high quality and we have a strong track record of successfully supporting our trainees through their studies. You will be guided by our highly knowledgeable and approachable managers. In addition, you will receive support to further develop your skills and career with access to a range of CPD opportunities.You will be based in Nottingham and/or Nottinghamshire. This course is 12 months, starting in September and attendance at all University teaching days is compulsory therefore it is essential that you can commit to this. You will work Mondays to Fridays, and must do at least one 12pm - 8pm shift.
