Are you a super organised ‘people person’ with great communication and IT skills plus admin experience? Do you enjoy working with the public and have the ability to make arranging someone’s special day seamless and stress-free? Can you manage a varied workload whilst always giving great customer service?
About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our Ceremonies Team in the Malton office on a part-time basis working 18 hours per week.
Join us in helping couples create unforgettable memories by making their special day smooth, joyful, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
Be a trusted guide for couples as they plan one of the most important days of their lives.
· Handle bookings and maintain the office diary
· Provide legal guidance and ensure documentation is complete
· Help personalise ceremonies to meet couples’ wishes
· Ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
What you can bring
We’re seeking a warm, organised individual who thrives on helping others and takes pride in delivering top-notch service.
· Experience in customer-facing or front-line services (preferred)
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Smart, professional appearance
· Ability to manage a varied workload with accuracy
