Whether it's answering a question, resolving a query, or simply offering a warm smile, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.
We’re looking for team players who take pride in delivering great service, have excellent communication and customer service skills, good IT and admin abilities with a willingness to learn new systems, a proactive and helpful attitude with strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays; while previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is desirable, it’s your positive attitude that matters most.
Variable hours. Shifts will include daytimes, evenings, weekend and bank holidays.
