About the Role:
This is a temporary position supporting the college's busy summer and autumn enrolment period. As an Enrolment Officer, you'll assist applicants through the admissions process, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient start to their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective students during in-person and online enrolment
- Check and process documentation and applications
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Update student records and maintain accurate data
- Work collaboratively with academic and support teams
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy queues or in-boxes
- Previous experience in education, customer service, or admin roles is desirable
