We are now looking for a Marine Fitter / Engineer to join our refit business on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Marine Fitter / Engineer, you will support the refit department by carrying out a range of engineering tasks on customers' boats.

You’ll be working on our full range of marine craft from our sleek and streamlined 24 to our luxury, ocean-going 57, a powerful ocean cruiser, refitting and repairing to the exceptional standards our customers have come to expect.

Specifically, you will:

- Repair, install, test and commission mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform diagnostic work on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Interpret technical documentation and installation manuals
- Install equipment as instructed

About You

To be considered as a Marine Fitter / Engineer, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience in marine engineering
- Proficiency in both electronic and mechanical systems on boats
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical work approach
- The ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Falmouth before starting
