Summary

Step into a vibrant, hands-on role where every day brings creativity and fun! You’ll help guests bring their pottery creations to life—from painting ceramic masterpieces to firing them in our kilns for the perfect glossy finish.

Some examples of the day-to-day duties are:

Helping customers explore their artistic side with painting techniques
Promoting ceramic products and driving sales
Glazing and kiln-firing pottery pieces at 1,000 degrees
Restocking and maintaining the studio’s supplies and café goods
Keeping the studio clean & safe, ensuring a welcoming environment
Making and serving beverages and snacks
Handling cash and completing till reconciliations
Opening & closing the studio to keep things running smoothly
Please note: This is an active, hands-on role, similar to working in a busy café or restaurant.

No experience? No problem! If you’re enthusiastic and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

We’re after enthusiastic, friendly individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. If you have a passion for creativity, hospitality, or retail, we’d love to hear from you! Previous experience in a similar role is great, but full training is provided—so if you’re eager to learn, you’re perfect for this role.

Hours are variable depending on customer demand. Core days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Will include working weekend and bank holidays.
