Are you a hospitality pro with a passion for leading teams and delivering unforgettable experiences? As our Assistant Complex Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Bar & Restaurant Manager, ensuring our food, drink, and entertainment services run like clockwork. From overseeing operations to motivating your team, you'll set the tone for exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Typical duties and responsibilities:

Taking charge of front-of-house operations when the Bar & Restaurant Manager is away

Keeping our guests happy! Conducting spot checks and resolving any issues on the spot

Managing rotas, stock, and ensuring we’re always ready for busy days and nights

Promoting the venue on social media and through marketing campaigns

Ensuring we’re fully compliant with health & safety and all licensing laws

Keeping the bar well-stocked while maintaining a keen eye on waste reduction and profitability

Welcoming every guest like they’re part of the family

What We’re Looking for:

Experience in managing or supervising a bar, with a knack for creating a positive and energetic atmosphere

Proven ability to lead, train, and coach teams to deliver exceptional service

Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

A thorough understanding of licensing laws (personal license required)

Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
