As a Road Safety Coordinator in our Prevention department you will:

Deliver service road safety educational programmes in schools, colleges and on MOD sites.

Ensure the appropriate resources are available and our delivery is evaluated.

Work with the Education Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of the road safety education programmes and associated resources and evaluation.

Attend community events focusing on road safety education as directed by the service to support the road safety partnerships.

Represent DWFRS at road safety partnership meetings.

What makes you our ideal Road Safety Coordinator?

4 GCSE passes – Grade A* - C / 9 - 4 including English and Mathematics / equivalent Level 2 qualification / or higher level qualification and a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification.

Experience of developing, organising, and delivering training or
education.

Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures and reporting systems.

Experience of planning events and maintaining records.
