Summary
HR Administrator
Location – Colchester
Hours – 30 hours per week
Working Pattern – Monday to Thursday (9am-5pm)
Salary – £24,000 pro rata per annum
Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Closing date – 26th June 2025

What is the role?
While providing a reception service as part of the Head Office team, the HR Administrator provides efficient and accurate administrative support to the HR and Head Office teams.
A day in the life
This role holder is in a key position to support the HR and Head Office team. You will be responsible for the day to day administration for promoting our vacancies, recruiting and onboarding our staff and volunteers, as well as keeping up to date records in compliance with our procedures.
What you need
– Experience working in an office environment with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
– To have experience in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other relevant software and be willing to undertake further IT training as required
– Able to problem solve and work in a pro-active rather than reactive manner
– An understanding of and commitment to the confidentiality of the information that may be shared
