Role as a Graduate Intern

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
• Leading 1:1 and small group sessions to boost academic progress
• Supporting behaviour for learning and pastoral development
• Participating fully in school training, CPD, and INSET days
• Being a proactive and visible presence in corridors, classrooms, and events
• Reflecting on your progress and taking steps toward formal teacher training
