Summary
Clinical Responsibilities: Undertake clinical screenings and psychometric assessments. Provide individual therapy and support using CBT and other psychological frameworks. Work collaboratively with the team on case formulation and care planning. Use data to evaluate intervention outcomes and support clinical decision-making. Service Development & Research: Design and conduct service evaluations and audits. Present findings in written reports and presentations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery. Team & Communication: Engage in regular multidisciplinary meetings and external agency coordination. Communicate sensitively and effectively with children, families, and professionals. Support the team's CPD and help foster a compassionate, evidence-informed service culture. Operational & Administrative: Maintain up-to-date records using trust systems. Manage workload in accordance with clinical priorities and service need. Follow lone working policies and maintain data security. Additional Requirements: Must be a car driver with a valid license or have appropriate travel arrangements. Will be exposed to emotionally demanding situations and must have resilience to manage distressing content and presentations.
