The Opportunity…
Millbank are partnered with a global nuclear engineering organisation who are recruiting for a Senior Reporting Analyst with experience of managing and developing performance reporting within a project environment across different projects and programmes. You’ll be confident in managing the requirements gathering process – challenging ambiguity and ensuring clarity. Further to this, you will always prioritise and be able to demonstrate excellent design, data visualisation and layout skills. The role doesn’t end at the production of a dashboard or a report – you’ll need to be passionate about encouraging others to use and act on the data and insights provide.

Key responsibilities will be:

- Development, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Workshop facilitation with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements.
- Use data and statistical analysis to predict trends in the Delivery operations.
- Using tools and techniques to visualise programme data in easy-to-understand formats.
- Support the production of monthly reports through the provision of intelligent information and analysis.
- Establish and foster working relationships with all appropriate stakeholders pursuant to the discharging of your responsibilities or in aid of theirs.
- Facilitate and present at quarterly meetings of the ‘Reporting Community of Practice’.
- Adherence to the current monthly Project Controls cycle and processes and support with any future development.


Here's What You'll Need

- Background in a project controls role such as Planning, Risk Management, Cost Management or Change Management.
- Power BI development experience including advanced knowledge of DAX & M (Power Query).
- Experience of performance reporting within a project environment including experience of capturing requirements and developing reporting outputs for multiple stakeholders on large and complex. infrastructure projects.
- Experience of working with data from common Project & Project Controls systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects, prioritise workload and hit deadlines whilst ensuring outputs of the highest quality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent graphic design skills and experience of working with brand and data visualisation guidelines.
- Team player but with ability to lead small projects and work under own initiative.
