- A previous working experience managing a B2B sales team (Automotive Sector Preferred)
- A strong understanding of customer needs and how to build value-added relationships
- The ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team toward ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- A results-focused approach and the drive to exceed expectations
- An interest in the automotive industry or aftermarket sector is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the Parts Sales team to exceed targets
- Monitoring KPIs and addressing performance gaps
- Collaborating on local campaigns and promotions
- Building strong relationships with trade customers
- Conducting performance reviews for team growth
- Ensuring accurate system use and process compliance
- Supporting logistics and delivery coordination
- Staying informed on products and competitors
