We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new development and are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something fresh, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a vibrant and supportive environment.
What You'll Do:As a Support Worker, you will:
- Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
- Provide practical assistance with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Offer emotional support and encourage participation in community activities.
- Work collaboratively with a team to deliver person centred support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.
What We're Looking For:- A caring and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
