We're on the hunt for a vibrant and proactive Duty Manager to join our client’s friendly team over the summer season based near Llanberis at the foot of the majestic Eryri mountain range in one of the most beautiful spots in North Wales.

You’re responsibilities will include:

    • Rolling up your sleeves to support all departments and keep operations running like clockwork
    • Supervising shifts and lending a helping hand to Heads of Departments
    • Being the go-to contact for staff and guests, ensuring every query or hiccup is handled with care
    • Keeping standards high and smiles wide by maintaining top-tier service, safety, and security

    What We’re Looking For:

      • A hospitality superstar with experience across hotel departments like F&B, housekeeping, or similar
      • A hands-on leader who knows how to inspire a team and tackle challenges head-on
      • Fantastic communication and problem-solving skills that turn tricky situations into triumphs
      • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a variety of shifts
      • Ability to drive and own vehicle is desirable due to location

      This is a part-time temporary role until October 2025, offering 2 – 3 shifts per week (approx. 16 hours) plus additional cover for holidays and absences which will include evenings and weekends. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £13.00 - £14.00 per hour plus accrued holiday pay whilst on assignment.
