Summary
Your new role
We are working with a great school in the South Liverpool area looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent for the right candidate. If you are outgoing, able to manage challenging behaviours, love to see children thrive in education & learning, then this role may be for you.
Our client is seeking someone with previous SEN experience, working 1-to-1 with pupils with different levels of needs. You will be helping around the classroom as well as working closely with the children who need encouragement to stay focused.
What you'll need to succeed
-Full DBS on the update service -An NVQ Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification
-Skills in communication, literacy & numeracy
-SEN Teaching Assistant Qualification
-Attributes such as patience, empathy, creativity, and flexibility
-Experience of working with children with different levels of needs
