              What You'll Need:

              • Experience – 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a senior care or support role


                • Eligibility – Right to work in the UK


                  • Qualification – Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification required for this role


                    • Registration – You’ll need NISCC registration in a social care role


                      • Skills – Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques


                        • Training – Ongoing training that includes Adult and Child Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Medication Administration (where required)


                          • Qualities – Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
