Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Lettings Lister on behalf of our client, a successful independant estate agency Hemel Hempstead.
Essential Skills:
• Previous experience in a lettings or estate agency role (in listings or valuations) is required
• Knowledge of the property market
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A natural self-starter with good time management
A full UK driving licence is required
The Role:
• Carrying out rental valuations and bringing new properties to market
• Buildi long-term relationships with landlords, based on trust and service
• Prepare lisitings with quality photos, descriptions and key property details
• Stay in touch with local trends, rental demand and legislation
• Work closely with their lettings team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
• Represent the agency with professionalism, warmth, and local insight
• Re-list properties when notice has been given
Monday to Friday role
Salary: £30,000 pa to £55,000 pa commission, on-site parking, company pension
