Summary
Carpenter Multi Trade Required - Bristol
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in Bristol to work on reactive social housing maintenance. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on Carpentry.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary up to £37,500 per annum plus a van and fuel card.
Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:
• Various reactive maintenance work on domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Travelling to different sites in Bristol
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
• Good carpentry experience
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be required
