Join ADR Network as an HGV Class 1 Driver for guaranteed shifts, working Monday-Friday with our client based in Portbury.
Looking for consistent HGV driving work at a great company? We have ongoing temporary assignments for Class 1 drivers delivering building materials to XPO Etex locations.
Guaranteed Monday-Friday shift patterns throughout the months of June, July and August
Pay Rates:
Days: £16.60 per hour
Nights: £17.93 per hour
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
You will be delivering to depots and building merchants using curtain side trailers, with no load interaction or handball involved.
Typical shifts are between 10 – 12 hours with a minimum of 9 hours paid, and start times vary between 0300 and 0600. Drivers can expect an average 2 to 3 drops per shift, depending on the route and load. Full training is provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day one.
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
Minimum 3 months of recent HGV driving experience required
No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
