We are a three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around you for guidance and support. You will have lots of opportunities to share your ideas – we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work. If you are ready for a new adventure at a school which is really going places, we would love to hear from you!We are looking to appoint several dedicated practitioners to work with children with SEND. This will be on a 1:1 basis and will be supported by a large team of colleagues in support of our amazing children across both sites.

The Lanes Primary School is a three-form entry school based across two sites and is part of the White Hills Park Trust. We are a really positive team with great children in a fabulous community!

One of our guiding principles, which supports our efforts every day, is excellence. Everything we do is led by our desire to show excellence...this might be in our approach to work, the way we treat others, the manners we use towards our peers and visitors or in the way we respond to new experiences. You will hear the word 'excellent' many times as you move through school.

We are committed to:
• Providing excellent teaching and learning by passionate experts
• Having the highest expectations of all our pupils and knowing our children well
• Challenging all children to strive for academic, creative, sporting and personal accomplishment within a broad, knowledge rich, vibrant curriculum
• Developing a truly inclusive school, where ALL children can flourish
• Celebrating achievement in all areas
• Fostering an ethos of respect and empathy
• Instilling a lifelong love of learning and a strong grounding for future success
• Ensuring all children feel secure and happy.

We celebrate perseverance; resilience and risk taking, ensuring children welcome challenge and are not frightened to make mistakes. We encourage children to take ownership of and responsibility for their learning, so they have the confidence and curiosity to ask questions, solve problems and respond to quality feedback. We encourage the children to be proud of the school and their achievements in all areas of the curriculum. We foster open and honest communication with parents and actively seek to engage with all members of the community in a positive and collaborative manner.
