Responsibilities
Perform a variety of trades tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Assess and diagnose issues related to facilities and equipment, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Coordinate and collaborate with other tradespeople and teams on multi-disciplinary projects.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain and manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Document progress and report any issues or delays to project managers.
Participate in regular training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in various trades.
Requirements
Proven experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards in the workplace.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.39
Location: Southwark, South East London
