SHEFFIELD SOUTH YORKSHIRE SalariedGP 4-8 Sessions per week Flexible Term Contract Immediate Start An exciting new opportunity for you to work as a GP in a truly innovative and long-established training practice within a stable, friendly and cohesive team. We are a well respected team of 6 partners, 4 salaried GPs and 1 ACP, 1 ANP and 1 PA along with a diverse clinical and non- clinical support team, including large and supportive reception team and highly innovative IT team. We are GMS Practice in South West Sheffield close to the Peak District National Park. We are looking to recruit a salaried GP for 4 8 sessions per week for a flexible period to cover GP leave. Diverse population of 13,300 patients over 2 sites including our newly refurbished Carterknowle surgery A nice mixture of new and experience GPs onsite Competitive Sessional Rate 7 weeks annual/study leave pro rata Day and time of Sessions negotiable Supportive enthusiastic healthcare team, with 5 Healthcare assistants running supportive clinics Work shared equally among all GPs End of morning coffee with all GP staff in the GP Coffee room Training and career development opportunities in all roles is a key part of the practice ethos Training practice providing a great learning environment for GP trainees, medical students and physician associates. High QOF achieving SystmOne practice Truly innovative and always looking for new ideas or ways of working Automated intelligent reviews for medication and long term conditions management One click paperless referrals Advanced Triage/care navigation system for right first time appointments Paperless letters read and actioned by specialist team including medication changes. Highly speedy AccuRx integrated system Doctors with special interest welcome, but not essential. Considerations to tailour clinic to special interest can be considered. GP home visit triage system in operation ACP, ANP minor ailments clinics support GP operations All out of hours covered by GP Collaborative but opportunity to cover additional hub sessions if desired at the out of hours clinic Well-developed neighbourhood working as part of Portervalley Primary Care Network Informal enquiries and visits welcome.
