What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based in our Extra Care Scheme in Neston.


Job Opportunity

Duties include:

  • Personal care
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Social support
  • Maintaining and promoting dignity
  • Supporting independence and ensuring well-being at all times


Shifts available:

We have a variety of shifts available and can provide flexibility for successful candidates.

  • 7am to 3pm
  • 3pm to 10pm
  • 10pm to 8am

* All of our vacancies will include alternate weekend working.


Essential Skills

Qualities

  • A caring individual who is passionate about providing high standards of care to support vulnerable adults and improve their quality of life.
  • Compassionate, conscientious, with a commitment to high quality work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to use initiative and on occasion work under pressure

Previous experience in a care setting is preferable, but not essential as full training is provided throughout your career.
