Summary
FRA North West Limited are based in Bolton. We offer Fire Risk Assessments within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and throughout the North West. We assess many types of commercial, retail, hospitality, educational and residential (HMO) properties.
We have an excess of fire risk assessment appointments throughout Greater Manchester. We are looking to hire a part time fire risk assessor with a minimum 24 months experience.
You will have carried out a minimum of 100 fire risk assessments across a wide range of sectors including residential, education, retail, office, manufacturing and hospitality. You will need to be nationally registered as a very minimum Tier 2 with IFSM or equivalent. Ongoing CPD will be required. Significant experience with both complex and non-complex premises is highly desirable.
