Randstad Education is partnering with a leading nursery school in the Bognor Regis area to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to provide support in the afternoons.
About the Role:
- Part-time, term-time only: Afternoon hours, This is a PPA cover role (covering Keyworkers as they have their non-contact/paperwork time)
- Employment type: Temp to Perm
- Salary: NJC Grade 3 (£12.45 per hour)
- Make a Difference: Contribute to a positive and engaging learning experience for 3-4 year olds, supporting their growth and development.
- Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to care.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with a range of activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and learning experiences.
- Help create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore and learn.
- Support children with their personal needs and provide individualised care.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
