About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences and activities to meet individual needs.
- Create a positive and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development.
- Implement safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
Your Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Professional experience working with children and families.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and SEND requirements.
- A passion for creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment for young children.
