About the Role:
- You will provide direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
- You will work with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
- You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- A passion for supporting young people to learn and achieve their potential.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A Driving licence and own vehicle (Car or Motorbike) is a must due to the location of the school.
